In the women's health hub community and other nutrition and lifestyle programs,
Dr. Polak does not practise medicine but rather acts as Wellness Coach while you continue to work with
your current physician or medical team. It is recommended that you consult
with your primary care provider before changing your nutrition or starting
an exercise program so that it will be safe for you (especially if you
take medications for your condition), and to continue in his or her care.
