Dr. Polak does not practise medicine in these groups or one-on-one coaching programs. These are designed to help you optimise your lifestyle habits to support your overall health, while you continue to work with your current physician or medical team. It is recommended that you consult with your primary care provider before changing your nutrition or starting an exercise program so that it will be safe for you (especially if you take medications for your condition), and to continue in his or her care.
